1. Open OneDrive (either through your emails going to the App menu, or by going directly to https://arnoldkeqms.onedrive.com/)
  2. Create a new folder by clicking on New, then Folder. Enter a name.
  3. Click on the folder to open it. Then click on Upload, and either Files (for selected files) or Folders (for entire folders). Select the files/folders you want to upload and click on Open.
  4. To see the upload progress, click on “Uploading x item” at the top right:
  5. You should then see all the files queued for upload. If they are large files it will take some time.
  6. Once your files are uploaded they should appear in the folder:
  7. If you want to share the entire folder, just click on Share. If you want to share specific files, click to the left of the icon to select them, then click on Share.
  8. The default setting provides a sharing link where anybody can edit the files. If you want to change this, click on “Anyone with the link can edit”:

“People in your organization” allows anybody with an akslytham.com email account access (including pupils). You can pick to share with specific people if you want to restrict access however this only applies if you were sharing with specific members of staff at AKS.
Untick “Allow editing” to make the link read only, and if you want the link to expire add an expiration date. Click Apply.
  9. Now click on Copy Link. This will put the link on your clipboard which you can then paste into an email to the recipients.
