Sometimes if you are having a problem with a website, clearing the browser cache and temporary files will fix it.
In Edge
- Click on the Settings button near the top right (it looks like 3 dots) then click on Settings
- Click on Privacy, search and services
- Click on Choose what to clear
- Make sure the time range is set to All Time and that Cached images and files is ticked.
- Click on Clear Now, then close and re-open Edge and try the website again.
- If this hasn't worked, repeat the process but also tick Cookies and other site data.
