Sometimes if you are having a problem with a website, clearing the browser cache and temporary files will fix it.


In Edge

  1. Click on the Settings button near the top right (it looks like 3 dots) then click on Settings
  2. Click on Privacy, search and services
  3. Click on Choose what to clear
  4. Make sure the time range is set to All Time and that Cached images and files is ticked.
  5. Click on Clear Now, then close and re-open Edge and try the website again.
  6. If this hasn't worked, repeat the process but also tick Cookies and other site data.
