Given we do not have any year group email lists (separate or otherwise), in Outlook, that exclude 6th form...
Go to iSams and do the following:
1. Pupil Manager -> filter by Division to Senior (7-13)
2. Change the page size to All "P/S ALL"

3. Sort by Year column
4. Select All then unselect Y12 and Y13
5. "Email Wizard" from the red menu at the top right:

6. "Selected Pupils"

7. Fill out the email subject and body, you can include images and links in here although I think you have to upload the image using the Picture icon on the toolbar, then pick the Upload tab. Click "Choose File", find the file, then "Send it to the Server". Once it's uploaded you should be able to click OK.
8. You can then either Preview the email or Send it.
