It is helpful if people set their working hours within Outlook, especially when working part time. This allows others to view your working hours on your Outlook contact card, should they need to know when you are in or to gauge how long a reply is likely to take.
- Go to this link and log in to your school account:
https://outlook.office365.com/calendar/options/calendar/workSchedule - Tick the boxes for the days of the week you usually work, and set the hours you usually work:
- Press Save.
