Passwords on FocalPoint regularly expire, unfortunately the system doesn't tell you if your password has expired or if you have just entered it wrong or forgotten it. The process for changing a forgotten and an expired password is the same.

  1. Go to https://changemypassword.accessacloud.com/ 
  2. Click on Reset Password at the right hand side.
  3. Enter your username, and click Continue:

    Note you don't need to prefix your username with "CLOUD\" this time, so just enter your username starting with DM6260.
  4. Select your e-mail address, then enter the verification code and click Continue:
    Note it doesn't matter if your e-mail address still ends in "arnoldkeqms.com" as these addresses just link to the new addresses.
  5. You will now be sent an e-mail from "aCloudAdministrator@accessacloud.com" with a reset password link. If it isn't in your Inbox please check Other/Junk Mail etc folders. Click on the link (which should start with "https://changemypassword.accessacloud.com:443/". If it isn't clickable, select it then right click and pick "Go to https://changemy....."
  6. Leave the old password field blank, then fill out your new password and confirm it, bearing in mind the password policy requirements listed - mainly that it can't be the same as your previous 24 passwords and must contain a mix of uppercase/lowercase. Then click Reset Password
